What makes a value a core value?

A core value is a fundamental belief or principle that guides an individual's or organization's behavior, decision-making, and actions. Core values serve as a moral compass and help shape identity. Core values serve as the foundation for personal growth, organizational culture and decision-making. Ultimately guiding you to your goals.

Which core values shape you? If it is difficult to select, ask people close to you for insight. They often see you different than you see yourself.
